Kieran joined Thomas Miller in March 2002 after spending a number of years working initially in insurance broking and more recently in the Lloyds market in both financial and regulatory positions

He initially worked for Dex, a marine Hull facility managed by Thomas Miller and was involved in the formation and running of the Thomas Miller Managing Agency at Lloyds.
