Be The Difference, is Thomas Miller’s unique Corporate Social Responsibility programme.  It is a fantastic opportunity for our people to engage with and be actively involved in the future direction of our business.

Be The Difference provides a framework that enables our people to develop and grow as individuals, hone their professional skills and ensure they can ‘Be The Difference’ in everything they do.

At the same time we enable our people to play their part in the community through three volunteering days a year. This takes our charity support to much more than simply making charitable donations, although that is also an important element. ’Be the Difference’ goes to the heart of how we treat our people, the importance we place on our contribution to the communities where we work and our impact on the environment around us. It is, therefore, an essential part of our DNA.
