Adam joined Thomas Miller in April 2019 as Group Financial Controller, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the group in September 2022.

He started his career in audit practice, before moving into industry, firstly within internal audit, including working internationally to implement Sarbanes-Oxley controls frameworks.

He gained subsequent experience at Zurich Insurance plc, in a broad range of business, strategic and central finance roles, culminating in the leadership of the UKGI planning and reporting function.

Immediately prior to joining Thomas Miller, Adam was the CFO of the Commercial Pillar of Liberty Specialty Markets, a global specialty insurer.

Adam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and holds a masters degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
