The Thomas Miller & Co Ltd Defined Contribution Pension Scheme: Governance Statement (Chair's Statement) for the year 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018

The directors of the TMC (DC Scheme) Trustee Company Limited (the Trustees) produce an annual statement, signed by the Chair, covering a number of important areas.  This is the Trustees’ third statement, covering the year ended 30 June 2018, and we hope you find it of interest.

This Governance Statement sets out how we have embraced statutory governance standards which are central to the running of the Scheme.  As Trustees, we recognise the importance of robust governance and adopt good practice standards.
